  5. September 28, at pm A lot of thanks for all your efforts on this site. My mother really loves setting aside time for internet research and it’s really obvious why.
  6. Review: Nic Fanciulli's label documents the dark, deranged side of tool house on Matters & Ashes. Tougher and denser than the standard DJ fare, the impenetrable groove of "Matters" provides the backdrop for a chemically refreshed male vocal, rambling on in a way that makes Marshall Jefferson's performance on "Mushrooms" seem positively normal.

  8. Review: The Groove Brothers may not be fans of "Illinois Nazis" - though who is - but they're certainly enthusiastic purveyors of goodtime grooves. This EP of tracks from the family is full of bouncy, all-action dancefloor treats, from the deliciously heavy bass, throbbing beats and trippy vocal samples of opener "Bang Bang" by VJ, to the eyeliner-sporting disco-house styles of JPAC's.
